Robert Suycott is the Founder and CEO of Tailor Made Benefit Solutions. Having worked historically with larger employers (200 - 2000 employees) Robert started Tailor Made Benefit Solutions to bring a more consultative approach to a historically transactional market place. In addition to driving the strategic direction of Tailor Made Benefit Solutions, Robert works with employers to build well communicated, sustainable employee benefit programs. In 2007, Robert achieved the designation of Certified Worksite Wellness Program Consultant from the National Wellness Institute.  

Robert has been an employee benefits professional in Wisconsin since 1982. His background includes claims management and sales for national insurance carriers as well as a senior consulting role in the insurance brokerage industry. In these roles, he built a wealth of experience in health and welfare plan management, worksite wellness programs and onsite healthcare clinics.

 
Robert has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Cardinal Stritch University with Certificates in Total Quality Management and Sales and Marketing. He is licensed in Life and Health Insurance through the State of Wisconsin, Ohio and Rhode Island.
